i lost 30 pounds in 2 months all i did was i watched what i ate and walked everyday ; it wasn't hard but you have to be motivated ; you have to just take your normal everyday junk food and throw it out and replace it with yummy, tasty, delicious 100 calorie packs. Or just drink 8 cups of water a day to fill you up ; but walking is very good also.
