If you mean Esperanza you must have the Delphinus from your second escape from Valua. You must fly into the Northern most part of South Ocean and then head west through the rift. Esperanza is a small ramshackle town on that "Southern tip" of Nasr. After you get to Esperanza you must fight The Auriga, the ship of the old Admiral (forgot his name) in the Valuan Armada. After this you head south and find an opening to a very confusing maze called the Dark Rift. When you make it through you will be in the East, you will discover Yafutoma (civilization much like old world China).
