If your feet are tough and calloused, the best thing to use is a pumice stone, during or after your shower or bath, to remove as much of the callouses as possible. Use the stone every time you bathe, or take the time to soak your feet, and use the stone. Follow with a good lotion. Over time, you will see improvement.
