Two ten foot, 5/8ths of an inch, ground rods driven into the ground ten foot apart or a ground plate with the same surface area as the rods dug into the earth to a depth of two feet. The wire from the rods or plate, sized by the amperage of the electrical panel, is connected to the same neutral bar that the incoming street neutral connects to in the electrical panel.
