Methane and hydrogen are different gases because they have different chemical compositions and properties. Methane (CH4) is composed of carbon and hydrogen atoms, while hydrogen (H2) is composed solely of hydrogen atoms. Additionally, they have different physical properties such as boiling and melting points.
Methane is a compound made of hydrogen and carbon, but hydrogen is an element, meaning it's pure.
Jupiter is made of two main gases. Specifically, Jupiter's environment contains hydrogen and helium. The planet is entirely made of gasses with a solid core.
well let me tell you this i know it is not cane wastes
who knows i mean apparently to the Internet nobody knows what the discovery date of Saturn is so why should anyone know about saturns atmosphere? and yes i amin the sixth grade. 75% hydrogen, 25% helium, water, methane, ammonia
Yes, Jupiter's atmosphere is mainly composed of hydrogen and helium, with trace amounts of other gases such as methane and ammonia. These gases are not poisonous to humans, but the extreme conditions of Jupiter's atmosphere, such as high pressure and temperature, make it inhospitable for life as we know it.
Saturn consists of about 96.3% molecular hydrogen and 3.25% helium.[19] Trace amounts of ammonia, acetylene, ethane, phosphine and methane are also present. No carbon dioxide (or at least too little to be detected).
We know that methane is saturated, because carbon can form a maximum of four bonds, and methane is a molecule in which a carbon atom is bound to four hydrogen atoms, so it has reached its limit.

"dioxide" you mean? no. there are only 2 gasses in water: hydrogen and oxygen as muchas i know.
First you need atomic masses. Then you need to add them up to find the molecular mass of methane (CH4).Carbon = 12.0 gramsHydrogen = 1.0×4 = 4.0 grams--------------------------------------Methane = 16.0 gramsNow that you know the total mass, you can figure out how much of the compound is actually hydrogen (by percent). So you take the mass of hydrogen and divide it by the total mass of methane.4.0 ÷ 16.0 = .25 = 25% of methane is hydrogenNow we take the 16 grams and figure out how much of that 16 grams is hydrogen. We know that 25% of it is hydrogen, so take one-fourth of 16 to get 4. But sometimes the numbers aren't as easy and you have to multiply them out.25% of 16 = .25 × 16 = 4 grams hydrogen
Hydrocarbons (It is an element made up of only hydrogenand carbon) There are different types of hydrocabons: methane, ethane, propane, butane. If you want to know more go research on google.

What is Methane.
Gasses and ice . (:

Many Gases... Helium and Hydrogen make up most of the planet. I don't know about methane. This planet is the largest Gas Giant. I hope this helps.
The molecular formula is CH4. This molecule is know as Carbon tetrahydride or more simply Methane.
i dont know blaa
