Hi there, I don't know whether you have solved your question or not yet, so I will give an answer anyway. I presume you are asking how YOU can create their own modifications and run them in game. Here is a great (and simple) tutorial created by the CC Forum's "StoneCrow" (an experienced modder), so I can't take credit ;D. BTW these forums are super handy so bookmarkthem!

If you are looking for a program to sprite in, the tutorial suggests a bunch but I personally use AseSprite. Btw, before you can make your own sprites and stuff for it, download this (get the gimp version unless you are using Photoshop)
http://forums.datarealms.com/viewtopic.php?f=1&t=14123
decompress then drop the swatches files into the appropriate area in your spriting program then load the pallette. This gives you the set of colours that CC recognises, otherwise, if you just use random colours that you think look nice (lol what I did first try) it won't work. If you want, another good place to start is by just editing the config files for some Ronin weapons or something. Anyway, that's it.
Just remember: BACKUP YOUR GAME! I can't be held responsible for any screw ups (which will definitely happen).
I hope you are able to mod your CC and I hope this was helpful to you.
Have fun mate!
In Garry's Mod (Gmod), you can place a Combine dropship container using the command "ent_create npc_combinedropshipcontainer". This will spawn the container in the game world.
The two kinds of cortex are the cerebral cortex and the adrenal cortex. The cerebral cortex is the outer layer of the brain involved in higher brain functions, while the adrenal cortex is the outer portion of the adrenal gland responsible for producing hormones like cortisol and aldosterone.
cortex
The cerebral cortex is typically divided into four functional divisions: the motor cortex, sensory cortex, association cortex, and visual cortex. Each division plays a specific role in processing different types of information and functions within the brain.
Another important region of the cerebral cortex is the sensory cortex, specifically the somatosensory cortex. The motor cortex is responsible for planning and executing voluntary movements, while the somatosensory cortex processes sensory information from the body, such as touch, temperature, and pain. Together, these areas facilitate coordinated movement and sensory perception, allowing for interaction with the environment.
Just go to the forms of Data Realms or just type it up on Google, and find a download link.
There is a command console that you can access by pressing ~ . Go to DataRealms Forum for help on how to use it.
The mod key, or alt key is called the option key on a Mac. It is to the right or left of the command key.
You go to the command, Type in Spawn, space, then the creature name, id, random.
There isn't a mod with /hat, but there is a plugin known as simple hat that contains it. By saying /hat whilst having an item or block in your hand, it will then move that item into your head slot. Some items will not show though. There are also several other plugins with this command. There is actually a hat mod however, that doesn't have a command. This mod contains many different hats that you can obtain, and put on your head using the h key.
It is not possible unless you download the single player command mod.
It depends on the Minecraft server and what plugin the server is using for factions, sometimes typing "/help" on a server will give you the command syntax (what is required for each command). Alternatively if you know what mod they use, Google search for the plugin/mod and find out.
It depends on which mod your talking about since there are dozens but two sites that probably have the one your looking for are moddb.com and gamefront.com
I don't think that he will, unless someone makes a mod where he returns.
You need singleplayercommands. On teh command bar do /setspawn
In Garry's Mod (Gmod), you can place a Combine dropship container using the command "ent_create npc_combinedropshipcontainer". This will spawn the container in the game world.
To play Command and Conquer 3: Tiberium Wars with the Tiberium Essence mod on Steam, first ensure you have the base game installed. Download the Tiberium Essence mod from a trusted modding site and extract the files to the game's directory, typically found in your Steam folder under SteamApps. Launch the game using the mod's executable file, which you may need to create a shortcut for on your desktop. Finally, enjoy the enhanced gameplay features that the mod offers.
