well im 11 and i know alot of stuff so here it goes i think for a space helmet you would need a dark film so you know the darker the sunlasses the better they are kinda like that theory
UV radiation can damage the DNA in our skin cells, leading to sunburn, premature aging, and an increased risk of skin cancer. To protect ourselves, we should wear sunscreen with a high SPF, seek shade during peak sun hours, wear protective clothing like hats and sunglasses, and avoid tanning beds.
Halobacteria produce a pigment called bacteriorhodopsin that absorbs UV light and converts it to chemical energy. This helps protect the cells from damage by UV radiation. Additionally, they often inhabit hypersaline environments where the high salt concentration provides some protection against UV radiation.
To protect yourself, curb CFC's. They are the ones causing depletion.
Ultraviolet (UV) radiation is blocked in the stratosphere by ozone. Ozone absorbs UV radiation, particularly UVB and UVC, helping to protect life on Earth from the harmful effects of excessive UV exposure.
Harmful UV radiation is mainly absorbed by the ozone layer, which is located in the stratosphere of the atmosphere. The ozone layer helps protect Earth by absorbing most of the sun's harmful UV radiation before it reaches the surface.
no need to worry that early about UV protection on mars because man has not even set foot on it yet....
because there is little atmosphere to protect mars the above is correct, however another reason as to why mars gets more Uv radiation is because it does not have a magnetic field unlike Earth that can deflect of harmful cosmic and UV radiation
UV radiation can harm us by sunburns, sin cancer, and eye cataracts. how to protect our selves is to wear sunscreen(SPF=sun protection factor), wear a hat/sunglasses, and stay insideor in shade from 12-2 pm.

Simply by wearing lots of sunscreen.
If you don't protect yourself from UV radiation, you may get a sunburn. Excessive exposure may result in skin cancer.
Ozone layer depletion causes UV to enter. We must protect ourselves from its harmful actions.
It absorbs radiation to protect it. It protects from UV rays.

Ozone in the Earth's atmosphere absorbs ultraviolet (UV) radiation by breaking apart into oxygen molecules when it absorbs UV light. This process helps to protect the Earth's surface from harmful UV radiation.
ummm...........cows!
It partially absorbs it
