The four wire pump has 4 colors, Red (L1), Black (L2), Green, and Yellow. These connect to the control box for the pump often fed from a double throw breaker with 10 gauge wire. The juice is 230 volts (Well technically, volts are not juice, current is juice, but you might not be around to argue the point). This is more then enough to kill you, and the breakers will NOT protect your life.
