There are a few ways: 1. Over-grazing by livestock takes away vegetation. The land then turns from grassland to desert. 2. The desert ground is then blown by winds and after some time we get sand dunes etc. 3. Water flowing down a hill or mountain cuts into the soil to make ravines and crevices, eventually making canyons. This is done when the water picks up sand particles. These particles rub against rock and gradually grind them away.

Topographic maps are used to monitor erosion of landforms by comparing changes in elevation over time. By overlaying multiple maps, one can identify areas where elevation has decreased, indicating erosion. Additionally, changes in contour lines can reveal the direction and magnitude of erosion, allowing for targeted mitigation efforts.

Erosion causes more change in landforms compared to deposition and weathering. Erosion is the process of wearing away rock or soil through the action of water, wind, or ice. It can lead to significant changes in the shape and structure of landforms over time.

Erosion.
Erosion is helpful because it helps make beaches, sand dunes, and deltas. Erosion does not make these landforms, deposition does, but erosion links with deposition. Erosion is also damaging because it washes away soil and clogs waterways
erosion created the major landforms right?
Canyons, valleys, meanders, river terraces, and floodplains are five landforms caused by river erosion.

water ,wind ,waves , sand, and erosion create landforms.
Erosion is something that causes the earth's landforms to change.
