The earth's revolution around the sun creates seasons because of the tilt of the earth's axis. If the earth rotated around a perfectly perpendicular axis with respect to it's orbit, we would have no seasons since all parts of the earth would receive the same amount of sunlight at all points in the earth's orbit, disregarding the fact that the earth's orbit is not perfectly circular. But because the earth's axis is tilted approximately 23 degrees, depending on where the earth is in it's orbit, different regions of the earth will receive different amounts of sunlight.

For example, during summer in the northern hemisphere, the earth's axis is tilted towards the sun and more sunlight falls on the northern hemisphere. Conversely, less light falls on the Southern Hemisphere and so that hemisphere experiences winter. When the earth's axis tilts away from the sun, the opposite happens and less sunlight falls on the northern hemisphere, producing winter there, with the opposite happening in the southern hemisphere.

No. Earth's seasons are a product of Earth's revolution around the sun.

Which of these does not contribute to changing seasons angle of incidence of solar radiation tilt of the earth on its axis distance between the earth and sun or revolution of the earth around the sun?

The distance of the Earth from the sun does not contribute to the changing seasons. Although this distance does change (since the Earth's orbit is elliptical, not perfectly circular) the amount of the change is not great enough to affect the seasons. It is the angle of incidence of solar radiation, which in turn is affected by the axial tilt of the Earth and its revolution around the sun, which creates the changing seasons.
