These measurements were performed by noble prize winning scientists. We KNOW that current worldwide averages are about 387 ppm. (Less at the poles) The net result is that are current knowledge of CO2 rise is somewhere between a slight decrease from 1880 to a 30% increase, depending on how, who and where we get the data.
