A rainbow forms when there is water in the air and the sun reflects off of this water.
When the sun shines through some rain the light from the sun is broken up into it's spectrographic colors. Normal light is invisible to us but we see the effects as light allows us to see things. The things we all see are always some color, yes black and white are colors. Why? Because light is made up of every color you can think of. When you see a red car that is because the car's paint absorbs all of the light EXCEPT the red which is reflected back to you eyes. So all the colors we see in life are just reflections of those colors while all the other colors are being absorbed by the object we are viewing. So when the sunlight shines through the rain the rain acts like a prism and filters or breaks the light into it's various individual colors that we see. Generally we see it as Roy G. Biv. or Red Orange Yellow, Green, Blue, Indigo and Violet. Roy G. Biv is a good way to remember the colors that one sees. We call the colors the are visible from a rainbow a spectrum of colors.
the rain reflects on the sun and makes the colours
The name of the rainbow colours produced from a white light is called the spectrum.
It is the spectrum of visible light, which has the colors of the rainbow.
The range of color produced by a prism is called a spectrum.
First of all we should know this :- Any color can be produced by the combination of RGB (Red, green and Blue). Rainbow consists of seven colors including RGB along with the four other colors which are the combination of RGB. Based on this concept we can say there is no color which is not in the Rainbow. All colors are included in the rainbow.
Easy. It usually is produced when it rains and then is sunny so I personally think that it usually would occur in rainy and sunny places.

The rainbow is almost always in the day sky, produced by sunlight. Very rarely, one can appear in the night sky, produced by moonlight.

Artificially, a rainbow can be produced by passing white light (sunlight) through a prism. The light passing through the prism constitutes the seven colors of the rainbow.
The solution must contain Na2CO3 and NaHCO3.
None of the above. A rainbow is a visual effect produced by light refraction, not a substance. Solids and liquids can both produce rainbows.
The writer Michael Morpurgo wrote the story concept to the mascots, and an animation was produced. Two stories have been created about the mascots: Out Of A Rainbow and Adventures On A Rainbow
