Here is what i know:
One of the most important measures of the health of the stream is the level of dissolved oxygen (DO) in the water.
Oxygen (O2) dissolves in water through the mixing of the water surface with the atmosphere.
The oxygen is used by fish and other animals in the water to "breath" through their gills or other respiratory systems and by plants. If the levels fall too low, many species of fish, macroinvertebrates, and plants cannot survive. At very low levels of oxygen, the stream becomes "septic" and smells rotten because low oxygen sulfur bacteria begin to dominate.
Oxygen enters water by:
* Diffusion from the air * Agitation and mixing through wave action * Photosynthesis from wave action
Oxygen is depleted by
* Heating the water (sunlight) * Chemical oxidation * Biological oxidation (decomposition)
* Plant and animal respiration
Ozone production requires something that is not oxygen, to hold onto a single oxygen atom for some period of time, until an oxygen molecule can come along and become ozone. When this something encounters water vapor, the "temporary arrangement" become permanent. So water vapor blocks the production of some ozone.
Water vapor presents a decay path for ozone, by production of hydroxyl radicals (essentially O3 + H2O -> O2 + H2O2). This does not need visible light to drive it, and the H2O2 decays into water vapor and oxygen eventually. So water vapor also decays ozone directly.
If the level of ozone is below certain concentration, then it is ozone depleted. It is called as ozone hole.
The ozone is depleted but not yet dead. It is depleted at some places.
See "What is causing the depletion of the ozone layer?"
Ozone layer is being depleted by CFC's. They react with ozone and decompose it.
a ozone is a inter layer of the earth close to the core. how do it depleted by faults in the ground
Ozone is being depleted by CFC's. They react with ozone and deplete it.

The ozone depletion requires low temperatures. It is because ozone is depleted in Antarctica.

Ozone layer is a layer of earth. It is being depleted. The reason is CFC.
Dangers of depleted ozone are many. Cataract, immune system breakdown etc.
The ozone layer is being depleted due to the continues usage to ozone depleting substances that is ODS. These ODS contain CFC which react with ozone present in the ozone layer and deplete it.
The ozone layer gets depleted where temperature is cool. It is because of the property of ozone.
If the ozone in the ozone layer is depleted then, more UV will enter the earth. This will cause damage to life on earth.
