Arctic falls in the Frigid zone. The areas of the earth is divided in to zones viz torrid zone, frigid zone, temperate zone(both south and northern hemisphere) based on the amount of sunlight it receives.
The presence of arctic is in such a way that it gets minimum sunlight compared to the torrid zone where the exposure to sunlight is maximum.
Areas in torrid zone, temperate zones gets considerable amount of sunlight compared to frigid zone which makes arctic cold and thus leads to formation of ice from water bodies present in arctic.
The same is applicable to both the poles of the earth arctic and antarctic.
While the above is basically correct, it should be noted that these climate zone delineations (frigid, torrid, and temperate) were devised by the Greeks and are terribly simplistic (and very much antiquated) representations of the Earth's climate today!
Cold, I would presume Really cold ice and snow everywhere. It would be like the arctic everyday in the winter except everywhere in the world.
In the Arctic, the water cycle is similar to other regions but with some unique features due to the extreme cold temperatures. Water from the Arctic Ocean evaporates, forming sea ice and snow. Melting sea ice and snow contribute to freshwater sources in the region, while precipitation can fall as snow or rain. The frozen nature of the Arctic means that water storage in ice caps and glaciers is significant in this region.
Cold, dry climate with snow and ice cover
The Arctic is a sea bed: Antarctica is a continent, and a desert with less than five percent humidity. Snow in the Arctic collects on sea ice or melts when it falls into the Arctic Ocean. There is no snow in Antarctica, rather ice crystals that blow in the constant wind.
Snow and ice are made out of frozen crystallized water.
The Arctic is made up of ice, snow, permafrost, and cold waters. It is a polar region located at the northernmost part of Earth. The landscape is characterized by glaciers, sea ice, and tundra vegetation.
Cold, I would presume Really cold ice and snow everywhere. It would be like the arctic everyday in the winter except everywhere in the world.
The Arctic is a cold desert because it gets very little precipitation (rain or snow) - about the same amount as the Sahara - but it is so cold that thesnow that does fall doesn't melt, so deep snow covers the land and ice.
Arctic land is characterized by an extremely cold climate. There will be a presence of snow and ice. There may also be an absence of vegetation because it is too cold for plants to grow,
Because of gravity that pulls down the snow and it is cold because it is made out of water and ice
The ecosystem of a penguin is an arctic biome. The ecosystem has much ice, snow and water. It normally has a cold climate.
Water + Snow + Canadian Cold

ice and snow are very cold ice ice baby
Both named geographies are polar, are mostly snow and ice covered, and are extremely cold
Cold, dry climate with snow and ice cover
yes, with exception that the arctic's ice is melting
