Some exercise nonstop. until they drop dead. sometimes literally. they exercise past the point of exhaustion.
*While I am sure some exercise to the point of exhaustion, I believe most probably do not exercise at all. They think that starving themselves will do the trick for being thin, TOO THIN! The real smart thing to do to stay thin, but not to the point of being anorexic, is to eat healthy foods and exercise wisely. ~Deb~
