Agenda 21 or PA21 is an Executive Order signed into law by President Fidel Ramos on the insistence of the United Nations to sign on the Philippines to what is known as Sustainable Development. This term however is not what it means at face value. It is defined as a "green" movement but in reality it is a Hansel and Gretle gingerbread device to force people to move away from sparsely populated areas. It is a globalist banker plan under the design of David Rockefeller to allocate all land and resources, moving people off outlying areas by sanctioning large parcels of land called "carbon sinks" making them banned from human settlement. The actual plan of Agenda 21 is to consolidate people into densely populated mega cities to where people can be controlled and monitored with an ultimate plan on genocide to reduce the population of the planet by at least 90%.
Certainly it will snow somewhere
