Winter on the planet Uranus lasts about 21 years, and leaves half the planet in darkness for nearly the entire time.
The length of a "solar day" on Pluto is determined by its axial tilt. The planet takes 6.38 Earth days to rotate, and 249 Earth years to go around the Sun. But the tilt (60 degrees to the plane of its orbit) produces exaggerated seasons with some polar areas of the planet spending many Earth years in either the constant dim sunlight or constant darkness.
Compared to Earth, Pluto has very long days. It takes Pluto 153.3 hours to make one full rotation around it's axis.
Pluto's largest moon is called Charon and it takes 6.39 days to travel around Pluto! It is also the largest moon in comparison to its "parent" planet in the solar system! (about half the size of Pluto)
No there is no precipitation on Pluto because the freezing cold temperatures any gases or water would be frozen but maybe long ago there was water on Pluto but it has been frozen as Pluto's surface so Pluto is surface layer is ice
Pluto is similar to Earth in the following ways:It orbits the SunIt's ball-shapedIt has a solid surfaceIt has perihelion and aphelion (sort of like summer and winter)It has at least one natural satellite (Earth has one, Pluto has 5)
Winter. And Winter. And DEEP Winter.
- 218oC to -240oC in winter.

It takes Pluto's moon 6.39 days to circle Pluto.
No answer Pluto orbits the Sun Pluto does not orbit the Earth
veary long Pluto is not a planet so u no ok that's all i can say
Type your answer here... caused winter
No. There is almost no weather activity on Pluto as far as we know. Pluto only has a thin temporary atmosphere during its "summer" years, when the surface ice evaporates. In winter, there is no atmosphere.

The problem is that Pluto is to far, it takes a to long, and there is nothing there at Pluto.
The years in Pluto are 249 Earth years. :) The days in Pluto are 6.4 Earth Days. :)
The rotational period of Pluto is about 6.4 earth days.
