1 gram of sugar contains 4 calories, so you'd need to expend 200 calories, which could take anywhere from 10 to 30+ minutes, depending on the intensity of your exercise. Look at an exercise machine's readout for a better idea.

I would take astronauts who are well-trained, physically fit, psychologically resilient, and have experience in long-duration space missions. They would need to work well in a team and be prepared to face the challenges of living in a confined and isolated environment for a prolonged period of time.
Yes, but not using water. You need to use a liquid in which the solid is completely insoluble. Therefore water will not work at all, but you could probably find a liquid in which sugar is not soluble (although it could be hard to find -- I don't know of any myself -- perhaps hexanes or oil would work).
powder sugar works better because each particle is more exposed to heat and oxygen but if given right amount of heat a sugar cube should light A sugar cube alone will not light on fire but if you add ashes ,which work as a catalyst, the sugar cube will light fire.
Yes, sugar sprayed on plants will ... in the near future ... work as an insecticide.Specifically, researchers are hoping to release the environmentally-friendly insecticide within the next couple years. The pest control involves sugar esters. Sugar esters operate to connect fatty acids and sugars within plants. They also work to repel and terminate such pests as aphids, mites, pear psylla, thrips, and whiteflies.

how long does it take for corn silk to work properly?
It depends. Were you at work when the accident occurred? And were you working to long because you were not allowed to take a break? If you were working to long and decided not to stop and take a break then it's you fault. If you were not at work on the clock when the accident happened than it's your fault.
Give the insulin some time to work (at least 30 minutes). If your sugar has not gone down I would consult your doctor as your insulin dosage may need increased.
You would need to ask you doctor. But I would think it would fine as long as you take breaks and stand and walk around every hour.
Time = Distance / Speed So it would take you 4160 / 20 hours. You can work that out for yourself.
