Take it from a former club DJ and an audio enthusiast.
130dB is dangerously loud. You shoud not subject your ears to this level of sound for more than a minute, or two max. This level of sound can inflict PERMANENT damage on your hearing.

The thing about hearing is that once it is damaged, it does not "regorow", so to speak.

The louder the sound, the shorter the time you should hear it.

If you are subjected to sound at 140+ dB, your hearing will be damaged immediately and permanently.

Do not shoot guns without ear plugs, and do not blast your music until it literally hurts.

To summarise, once you damage your hearing, it will stay tat way. It's a one-way street.
