Atoms do not actually have desires as such, although the metaphor can be useful. Atoms are more stable when they have a full outer electron shell. The smaller atoms, hydrogen, helium, lithium, and beryllium, can obtain a full outer shell with only two electrons in it. The heavier atoms require 8 electrons to have a full outer shell. That is known as the octet rule (an octet is a set of eight).
Hydrazine has a total of 14 valence electrons - four from each nitrogen atom and one from each hydrogen atom.
Helium has two valence electrons
Helium has 2 valence electrons.
Each atom has a unique combination of protons, neutrons, and electrons.
there are 8 electrons in the valence shell of neon
Nitrogen has five valence electrons.
A Krypton atom has 36 protons and 36 electrons each.
each of atoms have electrons that equql to atomic number of that of atoms
24 electrons, remember the atomic number of an element tells you how many protons it has. The number of protons = the number of electrons (if the atom isnt charged)
Hexane has 42 electrons. Each carbon atom in hexane has 6 electrons (4 valence electrons and 2 core electrons), and each hydrogen atom has 1 electron.

Hydrazine has a total of 14 valence electrons - four from each nitrogen atom and one from each hydrogen atom.
There are 16 electrons in an oxygen molecule as each oxygen atom has 8 electrons.
76 of each.
about 7
20 of each
Atomic number= No. of electrons in the atom. Atomic no. of selenium=34. Therefore, selenium has 34 electrons in each of its atom.
