Too difficult to even try to estimate as pies are of many different sizes, pies are mixtures that vary practically infinitely in possible ingredients that can come in widely varying amounts, the molecules in pies vary from small ones (e.g. water) to gigantic polymer molecules (e.g. starches, celluloses, proteins, DNA, RNA), etc.

Perhaps if you reworded your question to identify a specific size and type of pie someone might be able to give you an estimate that might be within a couple of orders of magnitude of the actual number.
