A Kilo is about twice as heavy as a pound so about 180 lbs are in 90 kilos.

Actually this is incorrect. A pound (lb) as used in the United States is about 0.45 kilos. So one kilo is approximately 2.2 pounds. That makes 90 kilos about 198 lbs.
