In the United States there was a tornado outbreak on February 10, the extent of which is not yet known. It will take at least a few days to survey the damage and determine how many tornadoes there were.

Tornadoes form during strong thunderstorms, so they are usually accompanied by heavy rain, but they do not produce rain themselves. Many tornadoes form in a rain-free portion of their parent thunderstorm while others are embedded in rain.
While Saturn has some very intense storms, including some cyclones there is no real evidence of actual tornadoes on Saturn. However, our exploration od Saturn is limited, and it is unlikely that we could detect tornadoes or tornado-like vortices as, compared with other storms, they are much smaller and harder to detect.
