Look on the end of the bulb for the wattage rating. Multiply this by the time the bulb is on and you will get watt/hours.
CommentThe above answer should read watt hours, notwatt/hours.
It's also worth pointing out to the questioner that a lamp does not 'use' watts. A watt is the unit of power, and power is the rate at which the lamp uses energy. In the SI system, the unit of energy is the joule, so a (for example) 100-W lamp uses energy at the rate of 100 J/s (joules per second). For the purpose of billing, energy supply companies measure energy in kilowatt hours (there's no reason why they shouldn't use kilojoules or megajoules, but they use kilowatt hours for traditional reasons). So your question really should read "How many joules (or kilowatt hours) does one bulb use?"
There is no direct conversion between watts of incandescent bulbs and LED bulbs, as they are measured differently. However, on average, one 10-watt LED bulb is equivalent to an 80-watt incandescent bulb in terms of brightness. So, you would need 8 LED bulbs at 10 watts each to match the brightness of an 80-watt incandescent bulb.
If the exit fixture uses a LED lamp it will have a 1 to 3 watt rating. If it is a incandescent bulb, each lamp will draw about 25 watts each.
A 3 watt led light is not the same as a 45 watt bulb. A led light is a lot brighter.
Brightness is measured in lumens so the bulb has a brightness of 100 lumens. The electrical power the bulb uses is measured in watts. The efficiency of a bulb is expressed in the number of lumens produced per watt of electric power.
There is no direct conversion between lumens and watts for LEDs since they are measured differently. However, as a rough estimate, a 60-watt incandescent bulb produces about 800 lumens. For an equivalent LED output, you would typically need an LED bulb with around 800 lumens.
A bright light bulb typically uses around 60-100 watts of power. LED bulbs are more energy-efficient and can provide the same brightness using as little as 10-20 watts.
LED.
The number of watts a lamp uses when turned on depends on the type and wattage of the bulb. Common incandescent bulbs typically range from 40 to 100 watts, while LED bulbs are more energy-efficient and can range from 4 to 20 watts.

There are 1350 watts in a 60 hz bulb. There is a push not for everyone to transfer to led bulbs.
It varies, since they come in different capacities. In general, only a small fraction of what an old-fashioned incandescent light bulb uses; and still quite a bit less than what a fluorescent light uses.

That depends on the type of bulb AND on it's power usage. An old incandescent bulb of 100 watts uses about an amp, a 60 watt uses about a half amp. But a florescent bulb putting out the same light would consume about half the current, and a LED bulb would use less than half that.
The equivalent incandescent wattage for a 6W LED bulb is approximately 40 watts.
A 6W LED bulb is equivalent in brightness to a traditional incandescent bulb of about 40-60 watts.
