Stromboli is a volcano that has been constantly active for about 2000 years. Despite the constant activity Stromboli's eruptions are small and rarely produce much lava or ash. This means Stromboli is a relatively safe volcano as it doesn't seem to have much destructive power. Even for the people still living on it's island.
