That all depends on how much they eat and drink. and in some cases what they eat and drink. For example if you dont drink anything you are not going to urinate a great deal. or if you are not eating enough you are not going to defecate a great deal.
In my opinion should drink at least 2 a day because it is good for your body and if you exercises everyday it will be even better for your body because you shouldn't deprive your body of fluids.
