Thats an invalid question. You can't convert grams to gallons unless the substance your measuring is a liquid and then it depends on the density of the liquid. So each liquid could have a different weight even if they have equal number of gallons.
Grams is a measurment of weight. Like pounds...except just much smaller and on a different measuring system.
If you weigh 150 pounds, I can't ask you how many gallons you are because we can't really put you in a gallon to measure that.
At the same time, a balloon full of water could weigh one pound, while an empty balloon could weigh 0.1 pounds, while both may take up a whole gallon.
Hope this makes sense.

None - well not without knowing what the substance of the 2.3 gallons is and its density.A gallon is a unit of volumeA gram is a unit of weightVolume and weight are different things that are related by density (= weight/volume).The weight of 2.3 gallons of something depends upon its density. 2.3 gallons of mercury is much-much heavier than 2.3 gallons of water.
