No. A typhoon is neither underwater, not a tornado. Rather, a typhoon is essentially the same thing as a hurricane. It is a large and intense tropical storm system that brings powerful winds, torrential rain, and large waves. A typhoon is much larger than a tornado and is its own self-sustaining weather system.
The water which evaporates fall as rain. The process is called precipitation.

The first week I arrived in Manila we experienced a category 2 typhoon. This consists of 70 to 130 mph winds and torrential downpour of rain. We lived in a high rise condo and lost power for the majority of the day. It is much worse on the provinces where the floods, wind and rain can kill thousands.
They don't play for hire.

There would only be about an inch of water in a given area.
1 degree fall how much
Your thumb would officially fall off! And u will die
It depends. If the roof top is high enough the updrafts would knock him out of place and it would become random but if it's not that high then it would depend on how much mussel he has in his legs. If he has so much mussel in his legs that his legs were heavier than upper body then he'd fall on his legs but if his upper body is heavier than he'd fall on his head.
They weren't doing it right. They would fall asleep, the man would go limp, roll off and stay asleep. Pretty much what they do anyway most of the time.
