dat sh*t would change so much. all of dem little sea animals would get all jumbled up and sh*t. But really though, things would get pretty messed up. Most of the organisms would probably die off because of the drastic change in depth. Also, most of the ecological zones would cease to exist.

How do oceans change size?

Oceans can change in size due to processes such as tectonic plate movement, which can open or close ocean basins, or sea level rise and fall in response to climate change and glacial melt. Additionally, changes in precipitation and evaporation patterns can affect the volume of water in oceans.

Are sea-level changes an impact on climate change?

No, sea level rises are a result of climate change. Warming oceans expand and so the sea level rises. Melting glaciers and ice caps also add to the rise.

What causes large scale changes in climate caused the level of the oceans to rise and fall?

a change in the distribution of living things.

What is the cause of the level of earths oceans dropped?

Changes in global sea levels can be caused by a variety of factors. These include thermal expansion of the ocean due to increased temperatures, melting of ice caps and glaciers, changes in ocean currents, and tectonic movements. Each of these contributes to the complex dynamics influencing sea level change.

The most complex and largest level of ecological organization is?

the biosphere

What might cause the sea level to change and how would that affect us?

Melting Polar Ice Caps add water to the Oceans, raising the Sea Level and flooding coastal towns and cities.

What level do humans occupy on an ecological pyramid?
