How you find a queen in amorphous?

You have to get all of your Bestiary filled and then do a Big or Large nest and at the end like on the last kill, it should pop up.

In amorphous, the queen can usually be found in the final room of each level. This room is typically larger and more elaborate than others, and will present a bigger challenge in terms of enemies and obstacles. Defeating the queen will allow you to progress to the next level.
