the wall would be a cell wall. the door would be the cell membrane and the mailbox would be the Golgi bodys.
A cell wall, simple. The cell wall is the out layer of a plant cell. It protects what is inside. A box is just like a cell wall it protects the contents inside. You would go through the cell wall first then you would hit the cell membrane. But remember only plants have a cell wall.......hoped that helped!
The powerhouse of the house, like the mitochondria of a cell, would be the electrical system. It provides energy to all the appliances and devices in the home, just as the mitochondria provide energy to the cell.
Power House
It is the substance that holds up the organelles in the cell. Without it, the organnelles would just clatter around in the cell, and, without anything to resist it, the cell wall would contract and squash everything else. Hope that helped!
mitochondria
so that we can easily communicate with others while on the go. If we didn't have cell phones, then we would have to use house phones or payphones.
Power House
They are a network of stacked membraneous vesicles that facilitate secretions inside a living cell, so unless your house is alive they would not be any part of it.

A mitochandria stores energy for the cell and it also is the power house of the cell. ASSS
