The Earth is: 12,756 kilometers in diameter where as the Sun is 1,380,000 kilometers in diameter.
If a penny was the size of the United States, an atom would be about the size of a grain of salt. Atoms are incredibly small, with a diameter of about 0.1 to 0.5 nanometers, compared to the much larger size of everyday objects like coins.
The moon is about 1/4th the size of the Earth.
If an atom were scaled up to the size of the Earth, the nucleus would be incredibly small in comparison—about the size of a marble or a small pea. In this analogy, while the Earth represents the entire atom, the nucleus would occupy a tiny fraction of the space, illustrating just how vast the empty space is within an atom. The electrons would be located far away from the nucleus, akin to being in orbit around the Earth at a significant distance.
At a distance of 1 million miles from Earth, the Sun would appear much smaller compared to its size in our sky. It would look like a large bright star, but not as large as it appears from Earth.
Calculation of distance vs. scale. When the entire earth is in view, you would simply scale the size of the earth from your view by the distance it is from you. It's not the most exact method, but when considering how massive the earth is, it's probably close enough (as you would only be a few meters off)

it depends on the size of the comet if it was small it would do about 5o/ out of a 1000 on earth if it was a very big one it would do about 989/ out of a 1000 so it depends on size
If the sun were the size of a human eyeball then Earth would be the size of a grain of fine sand.
The moon model would be about 1/4th the size of the modeled earth.
About 1 million earths would fit in the sun if the sun were hollow. If Earth was the size of a basketball, the sun would be as big as a basketball court.
If you could compare the sun to the size of a penny, an electronic microscope would be needed to see the moon.
If the Earth's size is reduced to that of an orange, the Sun would be around the size of a beach ball and would be located approximately 25 meters away from Earth (about 82 feet). This demonstrates the vast difference in scale between the Earth and the Sun.
if a planet was close to earth it would cause earthquakes and more. if it collided if earth depending on the size if it is big it will collide with earth.
the standard ipod headphones are about the size of a penny or a dime.
The moon is about 1/4th the size of the Earth.
Right from moon? It appears as if a moon but big in size.
you cant really be to big to ride one of them. it certainly will not break. but if you are a bigger person, i would go with the nickel. the penny is really sketchy as it is. i ride pools and ditches with it, and if you are good, then you shouldnt have any trouble. pushing will be a pain though. you feet are almost as big as the deck
