Most people can hear it raining, and no one can hear it snowing. The reason for this is the density and the weight of the rain compared to that of snow
they cant hear but they can hear vibrating so they seem to know that its its enimie
Assuming you mean does there have to be rain where you are for you to hear thunder, the answer is no. Thunder can be heard from quite a distance so the thunder may be happening a distance away where it's raining, and it not be raining where you are. There's also a phenomenon called dry thunder where there is rain from the clouds but it evaporates before it reaches the ground. This is more likely to happen in deserts and other arid places.
snow is cold because its made of COLD WATER. Snow happens when its freezing outside, and so is in the clouds. Then, the water inside of the clouds freezes, but not too much (it would be a hail storm then) and when its time to rain, instead of raining, its snowing. and that's why snow isn't warm.
no. Well yeah it's okay to use a word twice.
Haverfordwest
Of course! He comes whether it is raining or snowing.

You cant make it snow or rain. For snow you must be in a Tundra biome (the ones that are coverd in snow and have spruce trees) any time its raining, go over to that biome and it will be snowing!
Yup!
As long as it is not raining or snowing it counts a "clear night".
There is no 100% CHANCE of anything - If it is 100% it is 100% - raining or snowing
Snowing is just another type of precipitation, kind of like raining. Snowing occurs when it is very cold outside, below freezing point and it rains. This causes the rain to semi-freeze and fall in the form of snow.
depends what season if it is winter it could freeze and snap (only if it has been snowing/raining)
