i agree, go to the dentist now, if the pain starts (and trust me when it does it will be at 2am Saturday on a holiday weekend) nothing will help it, it is the most unbearable pain ever, go get a root canal, or depending on the damage they may just be able to direct pulp cap it...good luck and godspeed
