This question leaves my mind in a boggled state.
-- A latitude and longitude defines a point on the surface of the Earth.
-- The point " 37 North / 123 West " is located in the Pacific Ocean, about 45 miles
west of the California coast near Davenport, northwest of Santa Cruz.
-- The location of the point doesn't depend in any way whatsoever on the direction
from which you approach it, or on whether you ever go there at all.
I'm left totally mystified, wondering what in the world "traveled east" is doing in this question.
If you start in Sacramento, California you are at approximately 121 degrees west longitude. Heading east twice around the Earth would be equivalent to 360 degrees x 2, which is 720 degrees. You would have traveled 720 degrees of longitude.
Either 35.5° north or 35° 30' (minutes) north.
90 degrees either way. At that point, you're at one of the geographic poles.HAHA
Philadelphia is located at a latitude of approximately 39 degrees north. Hence, the latitude 10 degrees north of Philadelphia would not be applicable as it would be located in the equatorial region.
The latitude and longitude for 46 degrees North latitude from the Prime Meridian are approximately 46 degrees North latitude, 0 degrees longitude. Moving to 21 degrees South, 35 degrees West would take you to approximately 21 degrees South latitude, 35 degrees West longitude. Continuing to 20 degrees South, 45 degrees West would position you at approximately 20 degrees South latitude, 45 degrees West longitude. Finally, moving to 20 degrees North would bring you around 20 degrees North latitude, along the same longitude as the previous location (45 degrees West).
i believe you'd be traveling northwest.
we would moving towards west direction

That would be the Philippines.
You would be traveling North. The exact direction is 2 degrees East of true North.
The southern tip of Nigeria is located at approximately 4 degrees north. That would put it approximately 240NM north of the Equator.
Either 35.5° north or 35° 30' (minutes) north.
40 degrees N is farther north than 35 degrees North, therefore that is a southern direction. If you go from 80 degrees West to 105 W, you are travelling westward, therefore you would be going southwest (you would be travelling from Ohio to New Mexico)
90 degrees either way. At that point, you're at one of the geographic poles.HAHA
Bethlehem is located at 32 degrees north and 35 degrees east. This would make it above the equator in December, so it was winter.
Philadelphia is located at a latitude of approximately 39 degrees north. Hence, the latitude 10 degrees north of Philadelphia would not be applicable as it would be located in the equatorial region.
North America is located at approximately 60 degrees north latitude and 105 degrees west longitude. Specifically, this location would be in the northern part of Canada.
