What are three kinds of RNA molecules?

The three types of RNA include; messenger RNA (mRNA), RNA polymerase, and transfer RNA (tRNA).

What do you call two or more different kinds of atoms joined together by a chemical reaction?

When more than one atom is joined together by a chemical reaction, the result is called a chemical bond which holds together molecules and the strength of the bond depends on the atoms or the reaction. ---------------------------- A molecule.

What are Two main kinds of changes that you can observe when chemical reaction occur?

a precipitate is a solid that forms during a chemical reactions

What is RNA polymerase and what is its job?

The RNA polymerases are huge multi-subunit protein complexes. Three kinds are found in eukaryotes: * RNA polymerase I (Pol I).It transcribes the rRNA genes for the precursor of the 28S, 18S, and 5.8S molecules (and is the busiest of the RNA polymerases). * RNA polymerase II (Pol II; also known as RNAP II).It transcribes protein-encoding genes into mRNA (and also the snRNA genes). * RNA polymerase III (Pol III).It transcribes the 5S rRNA genes and all the tRNAgenes.

How cofactor work?

Usually there are three kinds of proteins that could bind to an enzyme to enhance its catalytic activity. The prosthetic groups are one that are firmly attched to the enzymes. The best example of a prosthetic group is heme that is bound to hemoglobin. The next is co factor, that could dissociate itself from the enzyme, like NADH and NADPH. Cofactor, finally, are metal ions, usually cations, that bind to the metal ions and enhance the activity. they perform certain functions; as to hold the substrates in close proximity. The best example is DNA and RNA polymerase, where the upcoming nucleotide is held in the catalytic cleft of polymerase by Magnesium ions.
