Pulmonary just means lung..... So from the lung it gets pumped back into the heart and then around the body
Low blood pressure means the blood flow through the circulation system has been delayed. As a result, blood flow goes through the Renal tubules will be effected. Blood goes through that tube won't be much. Hence, Blood will be slowed when it passes by the renal tubules.
The pulmonary (pulmonary means lung) circulation is the portion of the circulatory system that starts as blood exits the right ventricle through the pulmonary artery, into the pulmonary capillary bed, where it is oxygenated by the lungs, and then back through the pulmonary vein into the left atrium. Then the system circulation begins. From the left atria, the (now oxygenated) blood travels through the bicuspid (or left atrioventricular) valve, into the left ventricle and then out the aortic valve into the aorta and into the rest of the body (including the coronary arteries). The blood flows through the bodies arteries, capillary beds and veins until it collects into the two main veins (inferior and superior vena cava) that drain into the right atria of the heart. So basically, the pulmonary (or pulmonic) circulatory system goes from the right side of the heart, through the lungs, and back to the left side of the heart, while the systemic circulatory system goes from the left side of the heart, through the body, and back to the right side of the heart.
SYSTEMIC CIRCULATION:the oxygenated blood from left ventricle goes to the all organs(EXCEPT LUNGS) through left systemic artery and deoxygenated blood collected from organs enter right atrium. PULMONARY CIRCULATION: Impure blood from right atrium flows into right ventricle and goes to the lungs through the pulmonary artery. from the lungs oxygenated blood is collected into the left atrium through pulmonary veins

Think about it logically. The Coronary ciculation only goes arount the heart, a fairly small part of the body. The pulmonary only goes around the lungs, again a relatively small percentage of the body. The general systemic circulation has to reeach every where in the body and get back again, that means the whole body making this the biggest. The lymphatic circulation, while it does have to come from everywhere in the body it only has to carry fluid back in one direction and so is only half the size of the general systemic circulation.
After the pulmonary circulation is complete, the blood goes back to the heart.

The coronary arteries are the blood vessels that nourish the heart. Even though blood goes through the heart, that blood is not the way that the muscle itself picks up nutrients and disposes of wastes.
Cardiopulmonary circulation is one of the two components of circulation of blood through the heart. The cardiopulmonary is from the time the blood goes through the Right ventricle until it reaches the lungs.
As long as it is being pumped, blood will circulate - unless obstructed in the arteries and veins. This means stopping blood circulation requires stopping the heart (such as happens when you die or otherwise go into cardiac arrest) or introducing a major clot to block the blood flow. Circulation also can stop if the heart goes into fibrillation - rapid, irregular, and unsynchronized contraction of the heart muscle fibers. The heart just kind of quivers instead of pumping blood. Probably blood circulation would also stop if you bled so much that there was no blood left to circulate - but at that point the heart would probably stop pumping to so it still goes back to stopping the heart.
