Jupiter is a gas giant
Neptune is a gas giant - or to be precise an ice giant.
Jupiter is a gas giant, primarily composed of hydrogen and helium. It does not have a solid surface like rocky planets such as Earth.
It is not small and rocky, it is a gas giant!
Jupiter's moons have a mix of rocky and icy compositions. They are not composed of gas like Jupiter itself. Some moons, like Io and Europa, have rocky interiors covered by icy surfaces, while others, like Callisto and Ganymede, have a mix of rock and ice.
Jupiter is known as a "gas giant". However, Shoemaker–Levy comet fragments collided with Jupiter's southern hemisphere between July 16 and July 22, 1994, at a speed of approximately 134,000 mph. The scars from the impacts persisted for many months.

Your question is illogical. Jupiter is a gas giant itself with rocky moons in orbit. There are no such things as gas giants of Jupiter.
Jupiter is a gassy planet, that is why it is called The Gas Giant.

You're looking at the cloud tops of a gas giant, not the "true" surface of the planet. Actually we're not sure if there IS a surface, but Jupiter might well have a rocky and/or an icy core ... but the core would be tiny compared with the whole planet.
There is no planet with large rings and icy rocks. Saturn has rings, but it is not a rocky planet - it is a gas giant.
