If you have small hands, use 1st, 2nd and 3rd fingers, respectively, on the 4th, 3rd, & 2nd strings, at the 3rd fret. If you big hands, you can try to use just the 1st joint of your 1st finger, & "bar" the 4th, 3rd, & 2nd strings.
