Silicone can be formulated to be electrically insulative or conductive. Silicone is used as a non-conductive insulation material in wire and cable and also as a semi-conductive insulator in co-extruded cables.

Silicone is a pure substance made up of silicon, oxygen, carbon, and hydrogen atoms. It is not a mixture because these atoms are combined in a specific and consistent ratio.
Not necessarily. The conductivity depends on what metal it is and how pure it is.
Brass is a good conductor of electricity compared to materials like rubber or plastic, but it is not as conductive as pure metals like copper or silver. Its conductivity depends on the composition of the brass alloy and can vary based on the percentage of copper and zinc in the mixture.
Heavy water, also known as deuterium oxide, is slightly conductive due to the presence of deuterium atoms that have a partial positive charge. However, its conductivity is much lower than that of regular water due to the lower abundance of free ions. Heavy water is still considered a poor conductor compared to other electrolytes.
Pure water does not conduct electricity. However, since it is almost impossible to have pure water, anything wet will normally conduct electricity. Water almost always has some salts in it, and that provides the free electrons required to conduct electricity.
The ultrapure water is not conductive.
Silicone.

Sulfur is not conductive in its pure form. However, when combined with certain materials to form compounds like sulfuric acid or iron sulfide, it can exhibit conductive properties.
Solid pure sodium chloride is not conductive.
Not necessarily. The conductivity depends on what metal it is and how pure it is.
There are plenty of providers for silicone wristbands…. In that way is one of the leading provider of pure latex free 100% silicone made wristbands. They provide silicone wristbands at affordable price with easy customizers to design your band in your own way…
Pure water is a poor conductor of electricity because it does not contain many ions or charged particles that can carry an electric current.

silicone spray did well for me. but i don't know what the long term effect on my keyboard will be. this is a desktop keyboard. laptop keyboard is a very different thing. silicone spray does protect rubber, etc as well as lubricate and is not conductive of electricity. so far, its worked very well.
Pure solide NaCl is not electrically conductive. The water solution of NaCl is an electrolyte and is conductive.
Yes, silicon is a pure substance because it is an element. You can find it on the Periodic Table. Abreviation (Si)
