Cellular Respiration is only in animals. Photosynthesis is in plants. To be precise, photosynthesis is in the mitochondria of organism like us, and respiration is in the leaves of plants. Photosynthesis and Respiration together are a cycle- plants give out oxygen and use carbon dioxide while we humans (and other organisms) use oxygen and give out carbon dioxide.
