it really depends on what you are trying to train them to do. guinea pigs have very short memories but with a lot of time (and treats) you can train them to do pretty neat tricks and even train them.
Yes they can it just takes a while but you can teach them to roll over and many other tricks
A test cross with a homozygous recessive guinea pig (bb) would reveal the genotype of the black guinea pig. If all offspring are black, then the black guinea pig is most likely homozygous dominant (BB). If both black and white offspring are produced, then the black guinea pig is likely heterozygous (Bb).
In my opinion, I think that a guinea pig should NEVER be SUPER skinny. Their tummy should be kind of fat. As a rule of thumb, a healthy fully grown Guinea pig should weigh around 1 kg.
healthy baby guinea pigs are around 80 to 120 grams when they are born, but this can differ depending on factors such as: + the size of the litter + the age of the mother guinea pig etc etc
its either guarding you of going to attack if you move it depends
yes you can potty train a guinea pig and it is so easy to train them but you have to be patient. if you would like to see how to potty train a guinea pig then go on you tube and type in how to potty train a guinea pig and you can see all you need to know
if it is a smart one yes, but you can't train it as well as you can train dogs.
It is possible to train a guinea pig to come when you call it's name, but i don't know if it is possible to get it to sit. Acutely, I don't think you can
Train your guinea pig every day, and when it does something right, feed it a treat.
Yes they are easy to house train as i have had experience with them
Guinea pigs aren't nocturnal. If they were, I don't think you could though
Well it all depends on your cat and how it is. but you could try letting it smell the guinea pig on letting it see the guinea pig and when it is acts nice give get like a treat or love on it. To show it is the right thing to do around the guinea pig. I hope this help. Ps you real Can't make it like your guinea pig.
I found that my guinea pig, when I was training him he liked the offer of food, because he liked to eat. Maybe it is just my guinea pig, but he liked food when he was training.
The most common breed of guinea pig is American short haired. They are easy to groom and handle.
Train it to do what I don't know, but yes you could.
It's possible, if the guinea pig has been train ever since it were little.
you can't, they are very stubborn creatures (unless you train them). the best thing to do is leave the food in their cage. If the guinea pig is injured (for example, when my guinea pig broke her tooth), you can get a special formula (at an exotic vet's office) to syringe feed them.
