The Periodic Table is complete for all known elements and has no gaps that could be filled with unknown elements.
However the periodic table is inherently open ended, additional radioactive elements can in principle always be added beyond the most massive known element if we create them in particle accelerators (such elements may have also been created in the initial moments of supernova explosions). However all of these new elements are very difficult to create and even more difficult to detect and verify once created as they decay back to known lighter elements almost instantly.
Mendeleev left out the noble gases (Group 18) from his periodic table because they were not discovered yet at the time he developed the table. These elements were later added to the periodic table as they were discovered.
It is named The PERIODIC TABLE. The periods being the horizontal rows The groups being the vertical columns.
group 18, noble gases
Yes, helium is a noble gas and has a complete outer shell of electrons, making it very stable and therefore the least reactive of all the elements on the periodic table.
To complete their octet
A complete periodic table arranged in periods and groups. The symbol of element and atomic number are mentioned.
yea why
yes it did
Mendeleev left out the noble gases (Group 18) from his periodic table because they were not discovered yet at the time he developed the table. These elements were later added to the periodic table as they were discovered.
It is named The PERIODIC TABLE. The periods being the horizontal rows The groups being the vertical columns.
The periodic table was considered complete in 1869 when Dmitri Mendeleev published his version of the periodic table which arranged elements by atomic weight and properties. However, the table has been updated and refined over time to include new elements and conform to our modern understanding of atomic structure.
i think in 1860's or something
TRUE
group 18, noble gases
Yes, helium is a noble gas and has a complete outer shell of electrons, making it very stable and therefore the least reactive of all the elements on the periodic table.
A group in Periodic Table is the column of element in periodic table
It is called the Periodic Table of Elements.
