If you mean 'neon' then yes however the elements in group eight are termed inert or noble(meaning they dont bond) when some such as xenon bond!!! an example of this is xenon difluride. Outrageous!! any way this is because their valence of electrons is a complete eight hence they are in group eight. however an element with three electron shells will tend to break the trend, because they need to get eighteen electrons in their outer shell in order to be full!!

No, also the so called inert gases can be obtained in liquid form. Inert had a chemical sense, especially in the past.

No. Polonium is a solid at room temperature and is not chemically inert.

What happens if you replace inert gas in glass bulb of electric lamb by nitrogen gas?

If nitrogen gas is used instead of an inert gas in the glass bulb of an electric lamp, the nitrogen gas can react with the filament material and cause it to deteriorate faster due to oxidation. This can result in a shorter lifespan for the electric lamp. Additionally, there might be a risk of fire or explosion due to the presence of oxygen in the nitrogen gas.

Why helium is inert gas?

helium does not form bond with any other elements. hence it is an inert gas.

Is radon the most inert gas in the atmoshere?

Radon is not the most inert gas in the atmosphere. Radon is a radioactive gas and is chemically inert, but it is relatively rare in the atmosphere compared to the noble gases like helium, neon, argon, krypton, and xenon, which are considered the most inert due to their stable electron configurations.
