The term "saline" just means salty. A saline solution is water with salt in it. (This is not necessarily table salt, NaCl, but can be other salts as well.)
Salt is the solute. Water is the solvent. Salt water is the solution. This solution is sometimes called a saline solution.
Water can act as a solvent in all three cases. In air, water vapor dissolved in the air can act as a solvent for certain gases. In liquid sterling silver, water can dissolve small amounts of silver ions. In saline solution, water is the solvent that dissolves the salt (sodium chloride) into ions.
Saline is a homogenous solution of salt in water.
No, saline water is not an appropriate solvent for HCG. HCG is commonly dissolved in bacteriostatic water or sterile water for injection to maintain its stability and effectiveness. Using saline water may alter the chemical properties of HCG and affect its potency.
Sugar water is a solution in which sugar is the solute and water is the solvent. The water dissolves the sugar.
Saline water is an example of a solution in science. The salt is the solute and the water is the solvent. ~Fact: Water is the universal solvent.
Salt is the solute. Water is the solvent. Salt water is the solution. This solution is sometimes called a saline solution.
Salt is the solute. Water is the solvent. Salt water is the solution. This solution is sometimes called a saline solution.
To prepare a salt solution, dissolve the salt (solute) in water (solvent). The salt will fully dissolve in the water, creating a homogenous solution. The resulting liquid is now a salt solution, where the water is the solvent and the salt is the solute.
Salt is the solute. Water is the solvent. Salt water is the solution. This solution is sometimes called a saline solution.

Saline, I believe.
Saline is a homogenous solution of salt in water.
The answer may vary from a different manufacturer. But the usual solvent is Sterile Water for Injection and the solute is Saline 0.9% (NaCl) or Dextrose 5%.
Not sure what you are using saline solution for but i would say that saline solution is steril and water is not.
