No. There are several radio frequencies where the absorption goes way up, on account of the various gases in air, and once you get past ultraviolet light, the atmosphere becomes uniformly opaque pretty fast.

In fact, the only wide band of spectrum to which the atmosphere is uniformly transparent just happens to be right around visible light. What a coincidence ! How do you suppose that happened ? ! ?

This is one of the reasons that we needed a Hubble Space Telescope.
