size don't matter because all the cells are in the same size.so the number of cells matter.for example an elephant has so many cells so it's huge but in the case of an ant it has less number of cells so it's small

I dont think so. I heard on QI that the sperm of the common house fly is the largest cell in the animal kingdom. It is much bigger than a human female egg, which is the largest cell in the human body.
