Whether there is life on any of the planets that surround the 100 million+ stars in this galaxy, or any of the other hundreds of millions of galaxies, is unknown at this time. So, we are faced with the question: Why does life exist when there are so many reasons it should not?" So, the reality is the fact that we - or indeed any form of life - exist on Earth is something which, statistically speaking, should not have happened. Based on this, it is highly unlikely that the same myriad conditions have been met on another planet. We may be alone in the Universe; mathematically speaking, we probably are unique. However, for those who are believers in God, the Divine Creative force is one which always seeks to express; so, one never knows.
