Yes. The mass of an object will stay the same, regardless of the gravity that is effecting it. But the weight of an object depends on the apparent gravity. At the poles you would weigh more than at the equator due to the earths spin. At the equator you might weigh up to 0.3% less than atthe poles. Other factors effect the local gravity such as the density of the rock beneath the person, more dense rock will give a higher gravitational field. The height above the surface will also reduce the apparent gravity.

Current wind chill on the equator?

Wind chill would not be measured on the equator because it's too hot. It is generally only measured for temperatures below 45 degrees F. Only the highest mountains would get anywhere close to this.

What is the difference between error and uncertainty?

Error refers to the difference between a measured value and the true value, while uncertainty is a measure of the range within which the true value is likely to lie. Error quantifies the deviation from the true value, while uncertainty quantifies the level of confidence in the measurement.
