sure. if a family member or friend is lethargic you can call them a lethargarian. lethargic means tired or sleepy. i learned this reading the phantom tollbooth with my teacher. it's a great book, anyways, back to topic. lethargarians are basically creatures or people who are always sleepy or tired.

e.g.

-that guy is so lethargic looking.

-what a lethargarian, sooooo lethargic
